Because of the different production processes and operating conditions, the reactor is divided into two series: the electric heating series reactor and the steam heating series reactor (cycle oil heating). The working principle of the electric heatingreactor is to put the electric heater into the heat transfer oil in the jacket,using the heat transfer oil as the heat carrier to heat the material in the still.The stainless steel reactor consists of the lid, drum shell, jacket, agitator, shaft seal drive device and support,and the shaft seal drive device is divided into the packing seal and mechanical seal.
2. Performances:
Reactor is widely used
in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine, food and scientific
research sectors, to complete the curing, nitration, hydrogenation, alkylation,
polymerization, condensation process, as well as organic dyes and intermediates,
and many other processes.
3. Notes:
1) According to user’s different requirements,there are mang mixing methods(anchor, paddle, pan wheel, push, or box-type stirring )to choose.
2) There are five kinds of heating way,including the jacket heating ,
coil heating, electric heating,steam heating,and the heat transfer oil
heating.
3) The user can choose the explosion-proof device,the sealing
device, positive pressure or negative pressure inside the reactor.
